• 5KM Distance: For participants aged 10 and above. Children aged 10-13 must have at least one (01) guardian aged 18 and above running with them. Participants aged 14-17 must be accompanied by a guardian or must have a signed commitment letter from their Parent/Legal Guardian.
• 10KM Distance: For participants aged 14 and above. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or must have a signed commitment letter from their Parent/Legal Guardian.
• 20KM Distance: For participants 18 years of age and older. Participants must sign a liability waiver before race day.
• Distance 50KM - 70KM: For participants 18 years of age and older. Participants must sign a liability waiver before the race day.
  Participants must have completed at least one 25km or longer distance of an official TRAIL race, or one full marathon (42km) distance of an official TRAIL race, within 01 year from the race date. Athletes are requested to provide a link to their results during the registration process.
• Note: Virtual races or Club events will not be recognized. In case, participants do not meet the requirements set by the Organizing Committee, the registration fee to participate in the program will not be refunded.
• Any athlete found to be under the age limit for each distance will be disqualified. Any parent or legal guardian who knowingly enters a person under the age limit will be disqualified from the race.
  

Cancellation - Transfer - Change of personal information/distance policy

Participants may change information, distance, competition format and/or transfer to others.

Once registration is completed, the athlete will not be refunded the registration fee if he/she is unable to participate in the event for any reason.

Each registration can only be changed once (01) time, transferred/changed distance, the deadline for submitting requests for information changes/changes in competition distance is 23:59 on June 20, 2025. Any requests submitted after this time will not be processed. The fee for changing distance, competition format and/or transferring to another person is 200,000 VND.

To ensure BIB production progress, athletes registering from 00:00 on June 10, 2025 will not have their names on the BIB and athlete name tag. We hope athletes understand.

To change the race distance, the athlete must pay the difference in fees between the two distances (if any). This means that the athlete must pay the change fee + the difference in fees. If the new distance is changed to a higher fee than the old distance, the registrant must pay the difference in fees at the time of change. If the new distance is registered to a lower fee than the old distance, the difference will not be refunded.
