FOR CYCLING CATEGORY:

• Children: For participants aged 7 – 15 years old.
• Adults: For participants 16 years of age and older.
• Children from 7 to 15 years old must have a commitment letter signed by their Parent/Legal Guardian.

FOR TRAIL RUNNING CATEGORY:

• Open to participants 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to race day.

CHANGE INFORMATION / DISTANCE CHANGE FEE

Information change/transfer fee: 100,000 VND for transfer requests. Information change requests related to changes in competitor information (only applicable to changes in competitor information of the same distance).
To change the competition distance, the Athlete must pay an additional change fee of 100,000 VND + the difference between the two distances (if any) at the time of changing the distance.
Change fee at the event area: 200,000 VND/time when the Athlete needs to transfer the competitor, only applies to information changes at the Expo area, all change requests please send a request to the Organizing Committee's email: Info@vietnammtbseries.com before making changes at the event area. Please put the email title in the following format for quick support: MÃ ĐÀ MTB - [TRANSFER / CHANGE RACE CATEGORY] REQUEST
Note: Free registration tickets and tickets registered through promotions cannot have their information changed or distance increased.
