• Free registration is non-transferable.

• Distance change fee: 100,000 VND
• The difference in fee for changing the new distance is higher than the old distance calculated at the time of change (If the new distance is lower than the old distance, the difference will NOT be refunded)
• Free registration with no change in distance

Refund policy

When requesting a refund, please send full proof of your purchase of the product or service from the Organizer's website or agents to email support@lsgut.com. The refund request will be confirmed and the refund amount will be based on the corresponding time frame (based on the first published event date) as follows:

• From 45 days or more: 70% refund of package purchase cost
• 30 - 44 days before race: 40% of the package cost
• From 16 - 29 days before race: 10% of the package purchase cost

From 15 days before the race to the race or the race is postponed, canceled, or changed within 13 days before the race date: no refunds, participants are requested to comply with all government requirements and the rules and procedures of the Organizing Committee.

In case the customer is absent or voluntarily leaves the BIB according to the schedule information announced by the Organizing Committee, the ticket money that the customer has paid will not be refunded for any reason.
