Bib and Expo Distribution Times:

+ 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Friday, March 13 to Saturday, March 14: Distribute race kits (running shirts and bib numbers for athletes). Organize activities to respond to the tournament, display medical and sports products serving the tournament.

March 15: Official race day. Organize 04 race distances: 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km, Closing ceremony and award ceremony according to the following schedule:

+ 4:00: Departure 42 km.
+ 5:30: Departure 21 km.
+ 7:00: Departure 10 km.
+ 8:30: Departure 5 km.
+ 8:30 – 10:30: Welcome athletes to the finish line and award finishing medals.
+ 8:00: Opening Ceremony and 5km start, expected content includes:
- Salute the flag;
- Opening speech of the Tournament;
- Starting distance 5km.
+ 9:30: Closing and award ceremony, expected content includes:
- MC announces the reason and introduces the delegates.
- Directive speech of the Leader of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
- Speech evaluating the results of the organization of the Tournament by the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province.
- Statement by club representative or sponsor.
- Awarding prizes to winning athletes.
- Take souvenir photos and finish.
(Interspersed with exciting performances).

Age limit

• 5km: From 5 years old - Have an adult running with you
• 10km: From 12 years old
• 21km: From 14 years old
• 42km: From 16 years old

The Organizing Committee has the right to request athletes to present their ID card or personal documents (birth certificate for children) for verification before awarding age group prizes.

Change distance

• In case the Athlete wants to change the running distance (increase or decrease the distance), or change the runner's name... he/she must contact the Organizing Committee.
• Changes to race distance are accepted when the request is made before the deadline, which is the race day.
• The athlete will have to pay the difference between the registration fees of the running distances, in case the new distance has a higher registration fee than the registration fee of the original distance, and the difference will not be refunded in case the new distance has a lower registration fee than the registration fee of the original distance.

Change information:

• Participants are not allowed to change personal information after registration and completion of payment, except in the case of transferring participation rights to a third party according to the regulations on time limit and implementation fee of 250,000 VND.
• Only change information within the same registration stage, after moving to another stage it will no longer be supported

Deadline: January 31, 2026

In any event of race cancellation/postponement, registration fees will not be refunded to registered participants.

Once registration and entry fee have been completed, the athlete cannot request the Organizing Committee to refund any registration fees for any reason.

In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the Organizer will notify the participants of the cause and time of the force majeure event before the race date. The Organizer may announce the postponement of the event and is responsible for informing the participants of the time of the next event.
