Profile
Located in Ross Alley where the red lanterns hang in front is the Golden Gate fortune cookie factory that has existed since 1962. Although with a small area and only a few workers sitting next to the conveyor belt, they always quickly fold the news. Text to biscuits, it supplies about 20,000 cookies a day to hundreds of local restaurants.
Visitors here can not only see the baking process but also taste the freshly baked layers before they are bent into the traditional shape. The workshop also has many other flavors such as green tea, strawberry and chocolate. In addition, visitors can also write a message for their own fortune cookie.
