Your journey into the vast blue world begins at the Weird and Wonderful area, where you can see rare and peculiar sea creatures, such as striped frogfish, garden eels, nautiluses fish Giant spider crab. Deeper down there are some of the most fascinating reef-dwelling creatures in the world, including batfish, humpback mallets and blue sperm whales.
Learn how marine animals survive in the ocean, see performances of ancient African lungfish, blind cave fish, giant water rats and rain forest otters. You can also observe life on the coast in the Rocky Shore, where penguins learn to survive under the constant change of unpredictable environments.
You can stop to touch the skin of friendly starfish in an aquarium, before heading to the 270-degree underwater tunnel and the Open Ocean - the ocean with great panoramic views Asia's largest display of sharks, including ruffled, blackhead and leopard sharks. Before you leave, stop by the Sea Jellies for a symphony of music and light with transparent invertebrates hovering in an LED tank.
Kids will enjoy the fun programs going on throughout the day including shark feeding, rocky shore talk, penguin feeding, underwater diver talk, animal exposure and otters feeding sessions fish eat. Note that a surcharge applies for each additional activity at SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World. The aquarium also offers visitors a 25-minute virtual reality adventure at Sanyo 4D-Xventure, one of Thailand's oldest 4d cinemas.
