Born and raised in Auvergne, chef Thierry Busset honed his craft under the guidance of master bakers, including Bernard Sicard. Much later, Thierry Busset became the pastry chef for three three-star Michelin restaurants in London including: Le Garvoche, The Restaurant Marco Pierre White, The Oak Room.
After moving to Vancouver, Thierry focused on the experience he gained from his successes and combined with Toptable Corporation to form Thierry Cafe where he shared his cakes and dreams.
The cakes at Thierry Cafe all use local ingredients and are made by Chef Thierry to create a fresh, special flavor that only here.
Besides the cakes, diners can also choose for themselves basic drinks such as coffee, chocolate, soda, ... to sip while enjoying.
