Tasting Counter restaurant opened in 2005 with the creative idea of creating a new and memorable multi-dimensional dining experience. The restaurant is not large, only about 20 seats, located inside the Aeronaut Brewing.
Here, diners can not only enjoy delicious and beautiful dishes, but also watch the creation process, and smell the aroma from the ingredients. In a minimalist and modern space that is both a kitchen and a dining room, guests are seated at a U-shaped counter around the kitchen. Diners get to see first-hand how food is prepared, cooked, then presented to the plate and served to guests on the spot.
Chef Peter and Ginhee's mantra is 0 carbon | 50 localities | 100 natural. This highlights their determination to limit their carbon footprint, as well as their commitment to using a minimum of 50% of products and ingredients from Massachusetts and to only supply food, wine, beer and sake. totally natural
To eat here, diners must book and pay online in advance. As a result, during the meal, diners will not have to worry about the price, and completely focus on the culinary experience.
