The owner, Ms. Tran Tuyet Phuong, is from Saigon. Phuong discovered her love of cooking at a very young age and set herself the goal of introducing delicious Vietnamese food to Viennese. Starting with a small restaurant in District 5, Phuong soon moved to District 16 on Brunnenmarkt Street. But this restaurant became too small due to the popularity of Vietnamese delicacies. In 2002, Ms. Phuong established Saigon restaurant.

Saigon Restaurant attaches great importance to the authenticity, best quality and eye-catching decoration of the dishes. Together with the guaranteed freshness of herbs, vegetables and fruits as well as the variety and originality of the dishes is the recipe for the success of Saigon restaurant. Many local and international guests as well as newspapers and restaurant testers appreciate our restaurant for its excellent quality.
