Seorabeol Korean Grill Restaurant is owned by a Korean family who moved to Istanbul in 2014 and opened the restaurant a year later. Initially, the restaurant was opened for the purpose of serving but Korean civil servants and businessmen are working and living in Turkey. Then, along with the development of tourism, the restaurant became a favorite destination for Korean and Asian tourists.

The restaurant is located in a fairly crowded residential area, with a simple yet airy decorated interior. Each table is designed for up to 6 people and is assembled with a gas oven right at the table.

The restaurant's menu is quite extensive with more than 15 dishes of banchan (Korean side dishes) and kimchi of all kinds. The restaurant serves grilled dishes from beef and pork such as: grilled beef ribs, grilled pork belly, grilled pork belly served with lettuce and millet leaves imported from Korea. It is impossible not to mention the restaurant's dipping sauce served with grilled meat. These are homemade dipping sauces from ingredients imported from Korea. In addition, the restaurant also serves other traditional dishes such as spicy fried rice cakes, honey stewed pork thighs, kimchi soup, soy bean soup, bibimbap mixed rice, black bean paste noodles and cold noodles during the summer months. On Korean holidays such as Mid-Autumn Festival or New Year, the restaurant also serves traditional dishes such as Songpyeon, which is considered Korean moon cake, Jeon pancakes, fried vermicelli with vegetables or soup.
