In line with the success of Victoire & Thomas, which opened in 2016 on the same street, Thomas Bouanich teamed up with Maxime Rémond to open Culina Hortus. With the same talented young chef, Adrien Zedda (24 years old), is the great chef and even the top chef of Objectif with Philippe Etchebest. The team has proposed a new project in France a gastronomy, with premium menus, in a cozy and designed space, and 100% vegetarian. On the menu is renewed every week at noon and in the evening of each month: only vegetables, cereals, fruits, eggs, dairy products but the dishes are very rich. Products of exceptional origin and quality. Mostly organic, fruit: oranges, tangerines from all over the world produced in France by Mr. Bachès. Like mono varietal olive oil from Alexis Munoz or witch hazel, hemp and plum oils from Mme Barrere. We will also discover figs from Mr Baud, flowers and herbs, wild herbs and plants from Mrs. Bolmont, cheese from Mons (MOF) and Bordier butter will be served at the table. The restaurant also offers natural wines, lemonade, pure teas and a connoisseur of spirits.
