Dong Hoa Hiep village has a poetic landscape with ancient houses scattered in the green orchard surrounded by the winding Cai Be river. Visiting the village, visitors will enjoy the fresh air and peaceful scenery while boating on the river or strolling the paths running through shady orchards.

One of the destinations that leaves a deep impression on visitors when coming to Dong Hoa Hiep village is the old house of Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet. In the past, Mr. Kiet was a district official and he was very fond of antiques, so he collected a lot of valuable antiques. The house was built in 1838 in the middle of a 1.8ha wide fruit forest. The house has a southern garden-style architecture with an area of about 1,000 square meters, the roof is supported by 108 wooden pillars - a rare wood, the interior space is divided into five large compartments. . Although it was built a long time ago, today, the sophisticated patterns carved on the columns and wooden doors of the house are still intact. Today, when visitors visit Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet's house, besides visiting and learning about the architecture of the old southern houses, visitors can also admire the mother-of-pearl inlaid tables and chairs, and furniture. skillfully carved and ancient ceramics.

Another famous destination in the ancient village of Dong Hoa Hiep is the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Duc built in 1850 with a mix of Eastern and Western architecture. The facade of the house is built in French style with round pillars and curved dome, while the overall interior of the house is reminiscent of an old southern space. Currently, the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Duc still preserves many rare and precious antiques.

Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village is considered as one of the proofs of the well-off life and connoisseurship of the upper class in southern Vietnam in the past. This is the highlight that makes Dong Hoa Hiep ancient village attracting not only foreign tourists but also Vietnamese tourists and it is estimated that nearly 100,000 tourists come here every year to visit.
