Referring to Mang Den, everyone is curious about the legend of "seven lakes, three waterfalls" associated with the legend of how the god Pling created this place. Toong Dam Kon Tum Lake is one of 7 famous lakes in Mang Den eco-tourism area, Kon Plong, Kon Tum.

From Kon Tum city, to Mang Den, visitors have to follow Highway 24, about 60km. Toong Dam Lake is Hoang Vu Mang Den tourist destination, put into operation on December 29, 2016. In the Mo Nam language (a branch of the Xe Dang ethnic group), the meaning of Toong Dam is "lake of water". Toong Dam Lake at an altitude of about 1,000m above sea level is surrounded by a system of green primeval forests. Here, visitors can take a leisurely walk on the roads surrounding Toong Dam Lake. Sightseeing, taking pictures on the romantic suspension bridge over the lake. In addition, visitors can choose to relax fishing or participate in games here, such as: gliding zigzag, 5-carriage train running on a height of 1.2m climbing 2 slopes, hydraulic plane, mini shaking disc , Wheels, Ferris wheel, Swans kicking water and many other entertainment items.
