Tram mountain is located in a rich delta, in Long Chau village, Phung Chau commune, Chuong My district. This place is more than 20 km from the center of the capital. This is one of the most ideal places in Hanoi for a day of climbing or a weekend picnic. Tram Mountain is also recognized as a historical relic.
Visitors can reach Tram mountain by car or motorbike. Visitors drive in the direction of Hoa Binh on Highway 6, arrive at Chuc Son town (Cuong My district), then will see a signboard to turn right into Tram pagoda. Follow the trail to the foot of the mountain. This is where the climb can begin.
Another way is to take a bus from Hanoi. You can take bus number 37, 57, 72, 80. Get off at the beginning of Chuc Son town, then turn into Ninh village. You can walk or catch a motorbike about 2 km to reach Tram mountain.

The mountain lies in the middle of the vast rice fields. The top of the mountain is high enough for visitors to have a panoramic view of the surrounding natural scenery including rice fields, peaceful villages and green meadows stretching between the mountains.
Visitors can also go camping with their friends here. If you stay overnight, you will be immersed in the beautiful sunset and clear fog at dawn. If you do not want to carry a lot of bulky items, there are rental shops at the foot of the mountain.
