He built the temple to house the ashes of his father King Kham Foo and named the temple Wat Lichiang Phra. In 1367, the famous Buddha statue Phra Buddha Singh was moved to the temple and it was renamed Phra Singh as it is today. The pagoda was heavily damaged by war from the 15th to 18th centuries and after many renovations and repairs, it was officially completed in 2002.

Lai Kam Palace has a unique architecture with a soaring wing-shaped roof and exquisitely carved wooden paintings on the outside. The famous Phra Singh Buddha is placed inside the main shrine of Lai Kam, the wall behind the Buddha is also elaborately gilded, surrounded by murals depicting local life and famous folk tales. language.

The second shrine next to Lai Kam is Luang, inside there is also a 15th century Buddha statue cast in bronze and gilded outside. Luang Temple is a completely rebuilt construction, located on the original site, but the decorations inside are not as beautiful as Lai Kam.

Another structure worth visiting is the library building (Haw Trai), located to the left of the Lai Kam shrine. The library is made of extremely beautiful red teak wood, built on a stone foundation, inside which holds many Buddhist scriptures.
