Cafe des Bains

One of the owners of this restaurant and bar comes from a family that specializes in collecting works of contemporary art, so when entering the restaurant, diners will be greeted with a contemporary decor. Modern style is not uncommon in the art district of Bains with colorful paintings and pop-art on the walls, but still retains a bit of familiar classicism with warm, dark brown wooden interiors.

Creativity is evident in the cuisine, it also changes with the seasons and is inspired from around the world to create dishes that are diverse in taste and color in presentation. Creativity is reflected in the fish dish with ginger, spinach and tomato confit; or the chicken kashmiri curry with mango chutney and raita. Despite the fusion style, Café des Bains' desserts are full of Swiss flavors such as meringue meringues with raspberries and cream; or Rösti pancake with mashed potatoes.

Next to the main space of the restaurant is a relaxed bar, often visited by young people to enjoy coffee, delicious cocktails and light apero dishes while meeting and chatting with friends.
