Binh Lap Peninsula

Binh Lap Island is located about 80km from Nha Trang city center, about 50km from Cam Ranh airport. If you depart from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City by plane, after arriving at Cam Ranh airport, you can hire a taxi or rent a motorbike along National Highway 1A to DT702. From My Thanh market, turn left to Cam Lap commune. Go about 6km, meet the junction, then turn right into Binh Lap. As a peninsula in Khanh Hoa province, Binh Lap island is known as Vietnam Maldives, with simple but extremely comfortable coastal resorts.

Besides, visitors can take a canoe for about 30 minutes from Ba Ngoi port to see fishermen catching seafood, zooming in on the peaceful floating houses. Traveling about 1 hour on the beautiful road, you can see Cam Ranh Bay. Traveling from Nha Trang City will take you about 2 hours.

From Binh Lap, you can also go to Phan Rang - Thap Cham (Ninh Thuan province) which is also quite close, only about 50 km. This road is very beautiful, crossing Nai lagoon, King lagoon and entering Nui Chua national park, Vinh Hy bay. You will admire the breathtaking scenery of one of the most beautiful coastal roads in Vietnam with many scenic spots such as Hang Rai, Vinh Hy Bay, Nuoc Ngot stream, Banana beach...

Binh Lap is known as the small Maldives of Vietnam because of its white sand beach and crystal clear blue sea. Another specialty that visitors cannot ignore "Maldives" are resorts on the sea and coral reefs hidden under the blue water.

Binh Lap is one of the Four Binhs of Khanh Hoa. People here comment Binh Lap as a charming, gentle "girl", in contrast to the hustle and bustle in Nha Trang city. Binh Lap is also said to be less touristy than Binh Ba Beach and Binh Hung Beach. This is really a paradise for tourists who come here on a package tour of Vietnam.

Another beach, Bai Lao, is equally beautiful. Lao beach is more than 10 km long, quiet and calm with gentle waves. After visiting this beach, you will come to the end of Tau Be village, where you can observe the life of the people here. In this most populous village, the "sons of the sea" here live by fishing.
