• Surcharges apply on holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year) (if applicable).
• Costs incurred due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa
• The vehicle will pick up guests at the designated meeting point in Hanoi at the chosen time.
• Travel to Sapa.
• Check in at Cat Cat Hill Resort (early check-in is available subject to availability).
• Free time to explore Sapa town: Stone Church, town square, Cat Cat village, cafes with mountain views.
• Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 2: Sapa – Hanoi
• Have breakfast, then enjoy free time for shopping for local specialties.
• Check out.
• The vehicle will pick up passengers and take them back to Hanoi according to the registered schedule.
• The program has ended.
(The itinerary can be shortened or extended depending on customer needs.)

• Tourists should book combo packages early during peak season (weekends, holidays, Tet).
• Vehicle and accommodation schedules may change depending on availability; confirmation is required before departure.
• Please bring valid identification when checking in and boarding the vehicle.
• The weather in Sapa changes quickly, so prepare warm clothing and a light raincoat.

1. Ticket cancellation initiated by the customer.
• Once payment is processed and confirmed, the ticket/combo is considered valid.
• Customers can still cancel tickets (except for tickets during holidays, group bookings, or services with specific policies).
Cancellation fees apply as follows (based on the original price, excluding any discounts):
• Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure: 50% fee applies.
• Cancellation less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% fee applies.
• Cancellation less than 10 days in advance or no-use of service: 100% fee applies.
The cancellation time is calculated from the time Hanoisapa.com confirms the cancellation request via hotline or online system.

2. Group tickets & tickets for holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year)
• Applicable for groups of 5 or more people or departures during holidays (at least 7 days before and after the holiday).
• Cancellation fees will be determined by the tour company according to the policies of the transportation provider and the hotel.
• Customers implicitly agree to these terms when booking tickets.

3. Ticket payment (not yet paid in advance)
• With tickets paid upon boarding, the tour company will not be responsible for refunds or compensation in any case where the customer is unable to complete the trip.

4. Refund
• Any refund (if applicable) will be transferred via bank transfer as agreed upon by both parties.
• Processing time depends on the bank (usually a few business days).
• Transaction fees, processing fees, and ticket delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact Global DMC for assistance.
