Program schedule

Day 1: Guests gather at the port at 06:30. The boat will take you to Phu Quy Island. Upon arrival, a vehicle will transfer you to the homestay for check-in. A motorbike with a full tank of fuel will be provided, allowing you to freely explore the island.

Day 2: Guests are free to explore Phu Quy Island until departure time. The return trip to the port is at 11:00, concluding the 2 days 1 night journey on Phu Quy Island

Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Conditions

- Full refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions.

- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to personal reasons from the customer.

2. Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your trip at any time, you must notify the company in writing.

The following charges will apply:

- 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit

- 15 – 30 days before departure: 50% of deposit

- 08 – 15 days before departure: 80% of tour cost

- 01 – 07 days before departure: 100% of tour cost

3. Important Note

Cancellation time is counted on working days only, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
