📝 What is TM6 Entry Declaration?

TM6 is an entry form that visitors need to complete when arriving in Thailand. Previously, this form was filled out on paper, but since May 2025, Thailand has switched to an online declaration system to optimize entry procedures.

🤔 Who Needs to Declare TM6 Online?

All international visitors entering Thailand from May 1, 2025 must declare TM6 online, except in the following cases:

• People with long-term visas in Thailand.
• Holders of diplomatic passports or special documents (United Nations Laissez-Passer)..

👉 Instructions for Online TM6 Declaration

1: Access TM6 system:

You can declare online via the official website of the Ministry of Tourism of Thailand or download the TM6 application on your phone.

2: Fill in the required information:

• Full name according to passport.
• Nationality and passport number.
• Date of entry and date of departure from Thailand.
• Mode of travel (flight, train, car).
• Residence address in Thailand.

Declare necessary information

3. Get QR code:

• Once completed, the system will provide a QR code via email or app.
Save this QR code on your phone or print it out to present when going through immigration procedures. 

4. Scan QR code at the border gate:

• Upon arrival in Thailand, present the QR code to the immigration officer to complete the procedure.

‼️Important Note

• Complete TM6 declaration online at least 24 hours before departure to avoid problems at the border.
• Make sure the information provided is accurate and matches your passport.
• Store the QR code carefully to present when needed.
