Ume-no-Hana's creative kaiseki cuisine offers a kaiseki course based on its specialities tofu and yuba (bean curd and yuba) and utilises wagyu beef, seasonal fish and seasonal ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is full of emotion, as if you were visiting a ryokan (Japanese inn). The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, depending on the number of people and the purpose of your visit, in private rooms of various sizes, as well as in Western-style rooms with table seating and kotatsu (table over a sunken table) where you can stretch out your legs in comfort. 2-minute walk from Shizuoka Station on the JR Tokaido Honsen Line.
