Ume-no-Hana's creative kaiseki cuisine offers a kaiseki course based on its specialities tofu and yuba (bean curd and yuba) and utilises wagyu beef, seasonal fish and seasonal ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is full of emotion, as if you were visiting a ryokan (Japanese inn).
