At Ume-no-Hana, we carefully and painstakingly prepare each dish from carefully selected ingredients that can be enjoyed with peace of mind, with the health of our guests in mind. Ume-no-Hana's creative kaiseki cuisine offers a kaiseki course based on its specialities tofu and yuba (bean curd and yuba) and utilises wagyu beef, seasonal fish and seasonal ingredients. The gorgeous appearance, the rich aroma of the broth and ingredients... you can enjoy the seasonal sentiments with all your senses. The interior of the restaurant is full of emotion, as if you were visiting a ryokan (Japanese inn). Foreign guests will be delighted by the calm Japanese-style space that inherits the good old traditional culture of Japan. The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, depending on the number of people and the purpose of your visit, in private rooms of various sizes, as well as in Western-style private rooms with kotatsu (table over a sunken table) and table seating where you can stretch your legs in comfort. 5-minute walk from JR Kichijoji Station. 5-minute walk from Kichijoji Station on the Keio Inokashira Line.
