At Teppan Kaiseki Rindo, a special private space inside the hotel, we cook Kumamoto's brand Japanese black beef "Wa-O" and other seafood from Kumamoto Prefecture and the bounty of the Kumamoto land right in front of your eyes. The sounds and aromas of the food being grilled on the teppan and the sense of presence that unfolds in front of you are the charm of the counter. Please enjoy to your heart's content the cuisine that you can savor with all five sense. All seats in our restaurant are counter seats. (Wheelchairs are allowed.)
