Our concept is to combine traditional Edomae sushi with creative sushi.
We carefully select and carefully purchase Japan's finest ingredients, including super-aged [natural raw bluefin tuna], the highest quality shark fin from Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture, abalone, and sea urchin.
