Sumiyaki Hitsumabushi Unagi Munagi
Each eel is carefully char-grilled and served with a tried-and-tested homemade sauce. The intensity of the fire, the degree of grilling and the timing of sauce application are varied to suit the individuality of the eel. The rice used is Japanese Brand rice Koshihikari from Fukui Prefecture, which is milled and cooked in-house every day. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Please enjoy our carefully selected eel to your heart's content.
