Our recommendation is the Motsunabe, made with specially selected Kuroge Wagyu beef whose umami increases the more you chew. Enjoy the plump texture of offal with our special soup! In addition, we also have a variety of dishes that go well with alcohol, such as [Kuroge Wagyu beef offal] and [Kumamoto special horsemeat sashimi], which go well with motsunabe, so please enjoy them with local sake or shochu. The seats are all private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables!
