Jingisukan is a representative food culture of Hokkaido. Jingisukan is a local Hokkaido dish using only mutton. We are a long-established restaurant representing seasoned Jingisukan in Hokkaido. It has been loved by the locals for a long time and has been featured in the media. The traditional Matsuo flavor, unchanged for more than 60 years, is created by marinating the mutton in a slightly sweet sauce based on apple and onion juice and seasoned with soy sauce.
