A long-established eel restaurant established in 1969.
Enjoy the crispy skin and fluffy meat of our hittemabushi and unadon (bowl of eel rice topped with rice topped with eel), made with eel selected every day without compromise and cooked with our "secret sauce" that has been continuously added for 55 years! We also serve Fukui sake to accompany such delicacies as grilled liver and "umaki"(eel rolled egg). The restaurant is fully equipped with a bar-style counter, tatami room, table seating and private rooms. Please enjoy our delicious eel while gazing at the courtyard.
