Azabu Kuro Shari is the sushi restaurant based on the concept of inner beauty and beautiful intestines. The restaurant has developed black shari without any white sugar or chemical seasoning, and uses ProLab's charcoal cleanse, which contains coconut-shell activated charcoal.
