Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral Square) should be the first and last stop when visiting Florence. The square features the city cathedral, the city, monuments and parades, all of which make up Florence's most famous landmarks, along with the Ponte Vecchio.

One of the most distinctive parts of the square is located at the intersection of Via dei Calzaioli with Piazza del Duomo.
