Italian restaurant MINE was founded by Aram Mnatsakanov and his son Mikhail. Aram owns four restaurants in St. Petersburg and two more restaurants in Moscow, with TV shows, awards and culinary achievements, he is easily one of the most famous figures of modern Russian cuisine.
