At HaiSous, familiar Vietnamese dishes, such as shrimp spring rolls, eggplant octopus salad and papaya salad, are upgraded, and have both rich and sophisticated flavors. Chef Thai Dang wants to introduce to diners the different "sides" of Vietnamese cuisine, in addition to Pho and banh mi. Diners can choose between a full menu or a set menu.
The restaurant's space is modern, warm and friendly. HaiSous interior is decorated with warm tones, such as brown walls, bamboo details, wooden tables and chairs and golden lights. The main dining room seats 100 and an additional 26 at the bar.
