The temple in the shape of a lotus flower appears extremely beautiful and stands out in the middle of Delhi. Designed by an Iranian-Canadian engineer, the temple required more than 800 highly skilled people to build and was completed in 1986. The temple has a total of 27 huge white marble petals, arranged in three floors. with nine sides, each side is a door leading to the central hall. The central hall is a prayer place that can accommodate up to 2,500 people, 105 m2 wide and 40m high, where there are no statues of gods or scriptures at all. In addition, there are nine swimming pools surrounding the temple grounds, which look very impressive when viewed from above or at night. Attracting millions of visitors every year to visit, Hoa Sen Temple is so famous that it is printed on stamps, books and has its own songs composed for it.
